Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Upstaff never asks applicants for money at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay for an application, training or equipment in our name, do not pay and message us.
Will AI decide if I get hired?
No. We use AI tools to help our recruiters read applications faster, so you hear back sooner. A person on our Recruitment team reviews your application, and people make every hiring decision.
Do I need AI experience?
No. We train our team in AI tools like ChatGPT as part of the job. What we look for is good English, reliability and a willingness to learn.
What are the working hours?
It depends on the client. We give clients 24/7 support based on what they need, with day, mid, night and graveyard shifts that match business hours in Australia, the US and more. Each job post shows its schedule, and night differential applies to night hours.
Can I work from home?
Each job post shows where the role is based. Most of our team works from the Zamboanga City office, and some team members have agreed work from home arrangements.
How long does hiring take?
Usually one to four weeks from application to start date, depending on the role and the client.
