Common questions
Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Upstaff never asks applicants for money at any stage. If anyone asks you to pay for an application, training or equipment in our name, do not pay and message us.
Will AI decide if I get hired?
No. We use AI tools to help our recruiters read applications faster, so you hear back sooner. A person on our Recruitment team reviews your application, and people make every hiring decision.
How long does hiring take?
Usually one to four weeks from application to start date, depending on the role and the client.
