When they apply from the phone or computer where they opened your link, the application says you referred them. To be sure, also send their details with the referral form.
They settle in, you get paid
Once your friend is settled in and passes the qualifying period, your ₱2,000 is paid through payroll.

Type your name and copy your link. When a friend applies within 60 days of first opening your link (Philippine time, until 11:59 PM on day 60), their application is marked as referred by you, and your bonus is paid once they are settled in.

The rules, simply
- ₱2,000 for every friend you refer who joins Upstaff. No limit.
- Current Upstaff team members can refer.
- The bonus is paid through payroll once your friend is settled in and passes the qualifying period.
- Your friend goes through the normal hiring steps. A referral helps them get noticed, it does not skip the process.
- Only share details of people who agreed to be contacted.

How much is the referral bonus?

When do I get paid?

Is there a limit?
No limit. Refer as many people as you like, and earn a bonus for each one who joins.
How do I make sure my referral counts?
The surest way is the referral form on this page: it sends your friend's details to Recruitment straight away. Your link also adds your name to their application, as long as they apply on the same phone or computer where they opened it. If they switch devices, ask them to write your name in their application.
My friend applied without my link. What now?
Send the referral form with their name, or ask them to mention your name in their application email. Recruitment will link it to you.
