Why AI means more work, not less
The businesses we support in Australia, the US and more use AI to save time. That time turns into more customers and more projects, and growing businesses need skilled people to run them. Our job is to give those businesses a dedicated, reliable team in Zamboanga City.
Why AI means more freedom
AI tools handle first drafts, data entry, searching and repetitive steps. That leaves you more of your day for the work that needs a person: talking with clients, solving problems, making judgement calls and coming up with ideas.
How we use AI in hiring
- AI helps our recruiters compare resumes with a role's requirements, so we can reply to applicants faster.
- A recruiter reviews every application and people make every hiring decision.
- The AI career matcher on this site only suggests teams. It does not screen, score or store your application.
How we train you
Our team takes hands on training in AI tools such as ChatGPT, from an introduction and practical tips to building real projects. You do not need any AI experience to apply.
Our promise
- We tell you where AI is part of a process, in hiring and in your job.
- People hire people at Upstaff.
- Learning AI tools is part of your growth with us, not a threat to your job.
Common questions
Will AI decide if I get hired?
No. We use AI tools to help our recruiters read applications faster, so you hear back sooner. A person on our Recruitment team reviews your application, and people make every hiring decision.
Do I need AI experience?
No. We train our team in AI tools like ChatGPT as part of the job. What we look for is good English, reliability and a willingness to learn.
